Most products on our website have shipping and handling charges specified for all deliveries within the Continental United States and these charges are automatically added to the price. If you live outside this area, or need to ship outside this area, please call Customer Service at 1-800-642-0011, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., eastern time for exact shipping charges.
Shipping information for assembled and kit floor clocks:
All of our floor clocks are delivered by motor freight. The motor freight company will call the customer to schedule delivery when the product arrives in that area. Delivery is Monday thru Friday only, curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means the freight company is only obligated to take the clock off the truck. The customer is responsible for the product after that point. They are not required to bring the clock inside, set up and/or remove packing material. Our Personal Guarantee and Merchandise Return Policy
To ensure the highest customer satisfaction, we offer a no risk money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Emperor Clock product, simply return it in its original shipping carton in its original condition within 30 days of the original shipping date. Any items returned 31-90 days after the shipping date will incur a 15% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned after 90 days. |
